NEW INSTALLATION SYSTEM

A Simple Approach That Works.

Our patented method for making and installing modular solar "rack" units moves most of the installation labor off-site, off your payroll, away from interrupting the customer's site and business.  Each rack is four to eight panels long in landscape orientation — up to 25' long by 5.5 to 8 feet wide (350 - 550 lbs. each rack).  After all the solar panels are already fully racked, attached, and grounded with MLPE in place, we bring them to the customer's site and you lift them into place...using our lifter tool, a few solar-charged 12V batteries and a typical installation crew of two people.

Our off-site workshop labor is less expensive, faster, and works indoors every day, rain or shine, with both feet safely on the ground and in comfort. No heroics, no fall protection, no stepping on panels to tighten a top clamp bolt or dropping a socket on the glass. Heck, no people lifting panels at all.

Our goal is to refine our workshop assembly so that a worker in a wheelchair can install solar.

We design easy-to-install, durable custom structures and our modular solar racks lay in quickly as the roof on top.

Your on-site labor uses our lifter tool to take, for example, a 400-pound rack of 7 solar panels (approx. 3,000 watts dc) off a trailer, roll it over to the structure then lift it six to fifteen (6' - 15') feet in the air and lay it on top ... while keeping both feet on the ground and off the solar panels.

All attachment is done from underneath - no top clamps and no dropped bolts or washers - the panels are already attached, so only our beastly strong rack gets screwed in place. In the age of micro cracked 150-micron thickness solar cells, no worker ever needs to even stick their head above the array, much less step on a panel from above. Fewer cracks means less chance of hotspots and fires.

Panel and array output is preserved for long life: maximum watts, minimum warranty replacements.

Are you using the new super size solar panels? Why not? New panels can be 500+ Wdc, 44"x 83" and are getting bigger every quarter.  Fewer panels = fewer points of failure, less MLPE and BOS. Great, except... They do not want to be flexed. Or dropped. Or leaned on a heroic installer's shoulder as they climb a ladder either. Instead, have your panels shipped to our workshop. Our rack approach means each panel goes straight from factory packaging directly lifted and laid on our racking that supports 100% of the frame edging (w/ optional waterproofing) — it's never flexed or lifted by a workman's comp claimant.

Faster. Stronger. Safer. Better.

So ship your panels to us, we do the mechanical attachment to racking, add MLPE, snug the bolts - rain or shine.  We ship your completed modular pre-assembled rack to your site and our tool does all the lifting. Lock it into place and complete your electrical stringing. Finish your balance of system, interconnection, commissioning... and be GONE.  Less time on site, less labor on site, more certainty of staying on schedule and getting paid on schedule, too.  Installing in 100+ degree heat? Daily downpours? Let's be real, climate change means less labor on-site using less effort on-site pays real dividends and maintains your schedule to completion.

The larger the project and the taller your overhead structure, the happier your customer and site owner will be that you used pre-assembled modular racking and got gone in less time than is  possible ...one... panel...at...a...time.
